Shipping policy

  • Any orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, will be shipped on the next business day. Please note - there will be a delay on orders placed during the holidays as well as during SALES PROMOTIONS.
  • Free Shipping on all orders in Mexico (shipping inside of México).
  • Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $250 EUR total.
  • Our shipping center is not open on weekends or Holidays and any orders placed on Sat/Sun are shipped on Monday or the next business day if there is an observed Holiday.
  • Colors may slightly differ from your screen, depending on your color settings. 
  • All orders with any Pre Order item(s) will be held and shipped together on the date listed for Pre Order arrival.
  • If you need an item to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, please select UPS 2nd day or UPS Next Day as your shipping method. UPS does not count Sat or Sun as shipping days. If you order on Friday before 12 noon for Next Day Air, it is delivered on Monday. Our UPS shipping does not deliver on Saturdays. 
  • UPS Ground shipping is not guaranteed. 
  • All orders are in Mexican Pesos and will be converted by your bank to your Country's currency.
  • We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
  • We do not ship to any P.O. Box addresses. If your Billing Address is a P.O. Box please enter it, but also provide a physical address for shipping. Since we use a 3rd party fulfillment center, we are not responsible if the package is undelivered. 
  • You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
  • DIOSAMAR is not responsible for tracking any orders that have been shipped. Please see links for tracking information.
  • Once an order is placed, your shipping address and your items may not be changed.
  • If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.
  • If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
  • DHL Express is in transit for 2-3 days and then the time to deliver varies on how fast your country will release the order from customs and duties. We have no control over the time this takes. 
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any orders shipping outside of México) - DIOSAMAR has no control over what your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees. DIOSAMAR is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged by DHL for shipping or Processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us (for any reason including failure to reach you with provided information on package delivery), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  / DELIVERY TIME. When you select DHL Express the time in transit is 1-3 days. What this means is that the day the package is released from our shipping center, it will arrive in your country in 1-3 days. Then your Country will decide if any customs or duties will be due and will contact you for this payment. If there is a delay in releasing the package, contact your local DHL office to arrange a delivery time.  

ORDERS

  • Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order.

  • Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order. We use an order fulfillment center that ships several hundred packages a day so they are not able to pull an order for cancelation or changes. 

  • If an item goes on sale or is further marked down, we do not honor any refunds or price adjustments. 

  • Items may look slightly different than appear on your computer or phone screen depending on your color settings. 

  • You may send an order back for an exchange, store credit or refund.

  • We process orders within 2-24 hours Mon-Fri on all México non-holidays.

  • If a coupon code is not added at the time of order, we are not able to honor on an order already placed. We do not do any price adjustments or credit back cards for coupon codes not used at time of placing orders.

  • Final Sale items do not get restocked. 

  • All items that are not full price, (sale, promotion price, coupon discounted) and FINAL SALE items are non returnable, no store credit and no exchanges.
